About Doron Diamond, AMFT
Primary Therapist
Doron Diamond received a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, and obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Prior to joining 90210 Recovery, he worked with patients struggling with severe gambling addictions, substance abuse, personality disorders, self harm, depression and anxiety. Doron has extensive experience working with both groups and individuals, utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Group therapy, in particular, is one of his great passions, and he strongly believes in its ability to help people connect to others as well as themselves. In addition to his work in the field of mental health, Doron has previous experience working as a substitute teacher at a variety of public and private schools. When not working at 90210 Recovery, he is a passionate musician and guitarist who loves to connect with people using the power of song. Doron also enjoys interests in animal activism, veganism, and environmentalism. AMFT #115513
